PORTLAND—OnPoint Community Credit Union has announced the donation of $2,500 to Children’s Miracle Network, which in turn, supports 170 children’s hospitals across the nation treating 17 million children annually.

OnPoint’s contribution directly benefits Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene, and Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford.

Mary Jane Campbell, senior vice president/marketing & consumer products, said OnPoint is a long-time supporter of Credit Unions for Kids, a nationwide collective effort by credit unions, benefiting Children’s Miracle Network.

OnPoint has donated $625,000 to Credit Union for Kids over the last 12 years, in addition to making contributions to other causes that support children.

OnPoint Community Credit Union is the largest credit union in Oregon, serving more than 182,000 members and with assets of $2.3 billion. Founded in 1932, OnPoint Community Credit Union’s field of membership includes everyone who lives or works in 10 designated Oregon counties (Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Lane, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington and Yamhill).
