OnPoint Community Credit Union invites Wilsonville community to Grand Opening August 23

PORTLAND, Ore.-OnPoint Community Credit Union, Oregon's largest credit union, will host a grand opening 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sat., Aug. 23 at its new branch in Wilsonville, 9460 S.W. Wilsonville Rd.

To celebrate the grand opening, Branch Manager Stacey Morrison invites Wilsonville-area residents to come by and register for an array of summer gear prizes to be given away over four days.

KGW Newschannel 8 will be on hand Sat., Aug. 23 as part of OnPoint's sponsorship of the OnPoint Community Credit Union and Fred Meyer School Supply Drive. The drive aims to equip 5,000 area school children with basic school supplies they couldn't otherwise afford. All those coming to the OnPoint grand opening are encouraged to make cash donations, donate school supplies or purchase a $25 Virtual Pack that will supply one student with basic supplies needed for an entire year.

New Branch is OnPoint's 15th

The new 5,000-square-foot branch will be OnPoint's 15th and will be located in the Lowrie's Marketplace Shopping Center at 9460 S.W. Wilsonville Rd. In addition to anchor tenants Albertsons and Starbucks, the Center includes retail shops, restaurants and businesses providing various services.

This location is just one block from I-5, the major north-south highway on the West Coast, providing easy access for thousands of consumers traveling this busy corridor.
