Becoming a member is easy.
Just print this application, fill out the information requested and drop it in the mail. It's that easy.
Membership in OnPoint Community Credit Union is open to everyone who lives or works in Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Lane, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill counties in Oregon and Clark and Skamania counties in Washington. Membership is also open to family members of current OnPoint Community Credit Union members.
Please include the following to open your OnPoint membership:
- A completed Membership

- Important information about procedures for opening a new account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
- Join now through December 31, 2008 and we'll waive the membership fee.* A $5 opening deposit is required to establish your savings account.
*One-time $10 membership fee will be waived on new memberships opened through 12/31/08. Ask us for details.

Account Switch Kit. Our Checking Account Switch Kit outlines
the steps you need to take, and includes the easy forms you
need to make the switch. After you open your new OnPoint checking
account, simply click on the Checking Account Switch Kit Icon
to download your forms. You can also call Member Services at
