Your thoughts, ideas and opinions are an important part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience with us, and will help shape the actions we take to provide you, our valued member, with an experience that fully meets your needs. The feedback you provide will help us improve the products and services we offer, and how we deliver those services to you.

In April we will begin inviting members via email to take a short survey that will allow us to identify areas where we can better serve you. As a valued member of OnPoint, you may be asked to complete anywhere from one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter. The survey may be sent when you complete a transaction or at random to receive your views on your relationship with us. The email invitation you receive will provide you with a link to the online survey which should take less than five minutes to complete.

The feedback our members provide us is invaluable, and we’re always listening to what you have to say. It’s what drives many changes at OnPoint, and helps us understand what we need to do to meet your needs.

As we roll out this new feedback survey, please know that OnPoint will never initiate a request for sensitive information via email, phone or text message.
