Andrew Strauss

With 16 years of banking experience, 10 in retail baking and over six in business lending roles, my diverse industry background grants me the ability to take a holistic approach when working with our business members. I thrive on working with others to solve problems and greatly enjoy working with organizations who contribute to the fabric of our local community!

I was born and raised in Minnesota or as the locals call it—the North Star state. Without question, growing up in Minnesota has made me the person I am today. During my time in Oregon, I had a radio show on KSLC at Linfield University before streaming radio widely existed. Now, I love living in Central Oregon with immediate access to live music, camping, boating, rafting and some of the best nighttime stargazing skies in all of the USA! When I’m not enjoying any Oregon scenic viewpoint, you can find me volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and most recently, OnPoint’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council.
