In mid-April we will begin inviting our members via email to take a short survey conducted by our survey partner Satmetrix. As a valued OnPoint member, you may be asked to complete anywhere from one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter. The survey may be sent when you complete a transaction or at random to share your views on your relationship with us.
