How are external accounts verified for external transfers in Digital Banking?
« Back to Member AssistanceAs soon as OnPoint makes two small deposits of less than one dollar into your external account, you are asked to verify those amounts within Digital Banking. Once they are confirmed, you can begin transferring money with the external account.
- In the Payments & Transfers tab, click Verify External Account.
- Select the account you would like to verify.
- Enter the amounts of the two small deposits which have been made into your external account.
- Click the Continue button when you are finished.
