How do I enable Face ID for Mobile Banking?

Face ID is a feature that utilizes facial recognition technology allowing you to unlock your iOS device using your face instead of a login ID and password.

  1. Open OnPoint’s Mobile app and tap the Face ID button.
  2. Review the information about using Face ID and tap the Enroll Now button.
  3. Enter your login ID and password and tap the Authorize button.
  4. Face ID is now set up. During your next login, tap the Face ID button to log in using Face ID.

Note: You must have Face ID enabled on your mobile device before enabling it through our Digital Banking Mobile app.
