What are the fees for an EquityFlex Line of Credit?

Members must pay closing costs, which range between $125 and $2,500 (estimate). This includes flood certification, appraisal, title insurance, and escrow fees if required. There is no application fee, and the $75 annual fee for an EquityFlex Line of Credit is waived for the first year.
