Who can open a checking account with OnPoint Community Credit Union?
You’re eligible for membership if you meet any one of the following criteria:
Oregon
You live or work in any of the counties we serve, or you’re a family member of a person who is eligible for OnPoint membership. The 28 counties we serve in Oregon: Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Crook, Curry, Deschutes, Douglas, Gilliam, Hood River, Jackson, Jefferson, Josephine, Klamath, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Morrow, Multnomah, Polk, Sherman, Tillamook, Wasco, Washington, Wheeler, and Yamhill.Washington
You live, work, worship or go to school in any of the counties we serve, or you’re a family member of a person who is eligible for OnPoint membership. The 4 counties we serve in Washington: Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, and Lewis. Open an account online

- To open a checking account, you must establish membership by opening a Member Savings account. Limit one Member Savings account per person. Certain restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply; not everyone will qualify. $50 minimum opening deposit.
- ATM fee for using out-of-network ATMs. This fee is in addition to any fees charged by the out-of-network ATM.
- To receive money, the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number must be enrolled with Zelle. To send or receive money with Zelle, both parties must have an eligible checking or savings account. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled in Zelle. If the recipient never completes the enrollment, then your payment will not be completed and will be returned to you.
