Am I able to cancel eStatements and start receiving paper statements again?

To cancel eStatements, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into Digital Banking
  2. Select eStatements from the main menu
  3. Select the profile icon in the upper right and click Settings
  4. Scroll to the "Delivery" section and click the pencil icon
  5. The "Online Only" radio button should currently be selected. Change this to "Paper Mail Only (Unenroll)" and click Save.

Note: Email should not be used to share important or sensitive information.
