How can I dispute a charge on my credit card?
« Back to Member AssistancePlease contact OnPoint’s Cardholder Services at 1.866.820.3101 in order to file a claim against a transaction, deactivate your credit card, or issue a new credit card to you. You can also freeze your OnPoint credit card within Digital Banking. (Please note, this will prevent all transactions from posting to the card, not just those from the merchant in question.) To do this, simply log in and select your card within the Credit Card Management tile on the right side. On mobile, first select the "More" button on the right to access Credit Card Management.
