How do I add a wire recipient in Digital Banking?
« Back to Member AssistanceYou will need to set up your recipients before you can send payments. In order to add a recipient, you need their contact and account information.
- In the Payments & Transfers tab, click Wire Recipients.
- Click the New Recipient button.
- Enter the recipient’s name and email address.
- Check the box next to "Send email notifications for template payments" to alert them when a payment is sent.
- (Optional) Click the "+Add Account" link to add a new account.
- Enter the recipient’s account number.
- Click the three-dot icon to edit or remove a recipient’s account information.
