How do I change my Mobile or Online Banking Login ID?
« Back to Member AssistanceIf you wish to change your mobile banking Login ID, you will also be changing your online banking Login ID as they are the same. To change your Login ID, log into Digital Banking and select Settings from the main menu. Select Security Preferences, then select Change Login ID and choose your new Login ID. Note: your Login ID must be between 8 and 32 characters long.
