For your security and protection, please visit your nearest OnPoint branch or contact us at 503.228.7077 or 800.527.3932 (M-F 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sat. 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) if you don’t know your Login ID.

If you know your Login ID, but would like to change it, you can make this change within Digital Banking. Simply log in, and select Settings. Then, select Security Preferences and choose "Change Login ID."
