What is my PIN number?

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a four-digit number used as a security precaution for your debit or credit card. PIN numbers are required when you use your OnPoint debit cards at an ATM or make purchases.

This number is created by you and should not be written on your debit card or shared with others.

Set a New PIN

If you know your existing PIN and want to change it, visit an OnPoint ATM to change it.

If you do not know your existing PIN, visit your closest branch for assistance.

Note: Email should not be used to share important or sensitive information.
