Membership in OnPoint Community Credit Union is open to everyone who lives or works in any of these 28 counties in Oregon. Membership is also open to everyone who lives, works or worships in Clark and Skamania counties in Washington. Membership is also open to family members of a person who is eligible for OnPoint membership.
