Why cant I login to Bill Payment from Mobile Banking?
« Back to Member AssistanceTo log in to Bill Payment via Mobile Banking you must first enroll in Bill Payment from a desktop or laptop computer.
If you need additional help for Bill Payment, log into Online Banking and select Payments & Transfers from the main menu, click Bill Payment, then select Help Center. There you will find general detailed information about making payments, setting up eBills, and creating reminders and recurring payments.
