I approach each scenario as if we’re a part of a team and I commit to keeping the process moving as smoothly as possible.
About me
Buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your financial life. My goal is to make this process as comfortable and straightforward as possible by listening, answering all your questions, and communicating every step of the way. I strive to provide consistent communication to ensure members are informed of the progress we are making, knowing that every borrower situation is unique and deserves my attention throughout each step of the way.
On a personal level, I have financed the purchase of two homes and refinanced one. My first purchase and refinance were before my career in lending. I understand what it is like to have questions about the process and the importance of being able to make informed decisions. Working with great mortgage officers made all the difference in the confidence I had in my decisions. I strive to provide that confidence for every member I work with.
I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Columbia Community Mental Health. I’m a life-long equestrian and love riding horses, hiking and traveling.

About me
Continuously pursuing excellence means helping you stay on track to reach your financial goals—no matter what life brings. As a full-service financial advisor, I can help you with retirement planning, college savings, life insurance, as well as, long-term care planning, wealth transfer planning, business retirement plans, wealth management and more. Additionally, I am well versed in the topics of PERS and Social Security.
My commitment to each client is to give them the personalized attention and highest level of service. I’ve spent the last several years helping families navigate the subtleties of investment and financial planning in alignment with their personal values and convictions; building financial plans that create results now and well into their future.
I started my career in investment services in 2012. Prior to becoming a licensed financial advisor, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, attended Texas A&M University-Commerce and taught music classes in both public and private schools. Currently, I hold securities licenses Series 7, 66 as well as the Oregon Resident Life and Health Insurance license.
My wife and I are passionate advocates for adoption. We live in Beaverton with our two children and enjoy volunteering, scouts, and exploring coastal lighthouses.

OnPoint gives you the best of both worlds: Competitive commercial lending from a local community credit union.
About me
I have consistently emphasized building long-term, person-to-person relationships, combined with the professional capability to help members, each other and our communities. Prior to joining this team, I specialized in commercial real estate lending, mergers and acquisitions, syndicated credits and traditional commercial banking for the largest local bank in Honolulu, Hawaii.
I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Portland State University and was an active member of the Financial Management Association through the School of Business. Prior to Portland State, I played NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer at Saint Mary’s College of California.
I have been a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for several years as a mentor. Giving back is important. The ability to inspire and create a positive impact on people, and our community, are what I value the most. I’m also actively involved with the Japan America Society of Oregon, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association, and Multnomah Athletic Club. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, golfing, snowboarding and photography. Go Timbers!

Employee Spotlight With Amanda Dugdale
Amanda joined the OnPoint team in 2016 and has held positions as a Teller, Member Service Representative, Member Relationship Officer, and now Branch Manager.
Here is what she had to share about her life and experiences at OnPoint:
Tell us a little about yourself.
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Oregon is truly my home. I love the art and culture of Portland and am happy to be able to work in Portland’s much-loved Hawthorne district every day. Recently, I caught the travel bug during my first solo trip overseas to France and Spain. In the coming years, I am looking forward to working through my long list of places to explore. In my free time, I enjoy live music, eclectic happy hours, day hikes and, of course, weekend naps with my cat.
