I wish there are 100 stars for this review. Kim went above and beyond to help us get approved and understand every step of the mortgage process. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain every step clearly, provided helpful advice, and worked diligently to help us get approved very fast. Her communication was always prompt and professional, which gave us a lot of confidence during what can be a stressful process. We are truly grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone. Especially first-time home buyers—looking for a trustworthy and dedicated mortgage loan officer.

Kim was absolutely amazing! I wish I could give her 100 stars!! She walked me through the process of obtaining a mortgage loan thru OnPoint CCU. Her customer service etiquette is exceptional and she answered all my questions with patience and grace! Her explanations were clear and educational. Kim was always available and her response time was usually immediate. I would recommend her to anyone and you will not be dissapointed or confused. Kim was incredible from our very first interaction! She responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately, and she really took the time to get to know us and understand our situation and what we were looking for. She went above and beyond throughout the duration of our house hunt and was there every step of the way through multiple offers submitted, going under contract (twice), and finally closing. She answered every question I had without ever seeming remotely put-out by the number of questions or judgmental about what I did or didn't know. She made sure we understood and felt confident about what we were doing and was always available when we needed her. She was extremely organized and very clear and honest from the start, so there weren't any last-minute surprises. I am so beyond thankful that we got to work with Kim, and I cannot sing her praises enough. She's an amazing person and a true rockstar at what she does.
