OnPoint Community Credit Union Foundation
Continuing a legacy of service.
The OnPoint Community Credit Union Foundation was established to carry forward the vision that inspired sixteen teachers to found what would become OnPoint Community Credit Union in 1932.
During the Great Depression, these extraordinary educators saw their colleagues struggling and knew their community needed hope, support, and access to financial resources. With this focus, they founded an institution grounded in trust, cooperation, and care. Their commitment planted the seeds for OnPoint to grow into the largest credit union headquartered in Oregon, always guided by the belief that we are stronger together.
We honor their vision by recognizing that our community’s needs continue to grow and evolve. The Foundation was established as a lasting promise to meet those needs now and for generations to come. Guided by a dedicated board of directors, the Foundation is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people across our region.
Transforming the financial vitality of our community through strategic, focused, and long-term giving that expands access to financial education and literacy, education, and financial resources.
