About me

Many successful individuals got where they are today by doing ordinary things extraordinarily well. It can be as simple as saving more than you spend and taking a few calculated risks with your investments, when appropriate. Let’s have an honest conversation about where you are today and where you hope to be in the future. Once I understand what’s important for your financial life, I can make recommendations to help you reach your goals.

I’ve been helping families with their investment and planning needs since 2005.  Since that time I have achieved several certifications and designations including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®), the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and additionally I earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation.  I hold securities licenses Series 7, 65, and a Life and Health Insurance license in the states of Oregon and Washington.

I live in Portland with my wife and two children. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, art, golf and coaching youth sports.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design), and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it authorizes use of by individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.

Chartered Life Underwriter® and ChFC® are the property of The American College and may be used by individuals who have successfully completed the initial and ongoing certification requirements for this designation.
