    You must apply and complete an application online to the specific position(s) you are interested in. Only applicants who apply online though our applicant tracking system will be considered for employment.

  • Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?

    Yes. Please review all of our current positions and apply to those for which you believe you are qualified.

  • Can I mail/email an application or resume to Human Resources?

    Only applications and/or resumes submitted via online application will be considered for employment. Unsolicited applications/resumes for unspecified positions are not accepted.

  • Do I have to complete all sections of the application if I attached a resume?

    Yes. You must attach a resume; however you will still be required to complete an online application.

  • How long does the recruitment process take?

    Recruitment times vary for each position. The process can take a few days up to several weeks, and is dependent on the number of applicants, the nature of the position, and the complexity of the selection process. Interviews may occur as a phone pre-screen and/or in-person, depending on the position and location. Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.

    Once interviews are complete, our recruiting team works diligently to make sure the best hiring decision is made for both the applicant and OnPoint so the final candidate can be presented with the best offer possible.

  • Is there orientation for new employees?

    As a new employee, you will attend New Hire Orientation. Depending on your location, orientation may involve out-of-town travel (for our Bend/ Eugene new hires).

    During orientation, you will be introduced to the mission, vision, core values and history of OnPoint, meet members of our Executive Team and other key departments within the Credit Union and learn about your employee benefits.

  • Is training available for new Tellers?

    If you joined us as a new Teller, during your first month at OnPoint you will go through our Teller Training Program. Training will be a combination of classroom, hands on as well as online courses to launch you on a successful path.
