Employee Spotlight with RachelAnne Egan

The OnPoint Spotlight is an ongoing blog series that highlights our employees, celebrating the drive and personality of individuals on our team. It’s one way we show our appreciation for their hard work and achievements while helping our community get to know the people who make things happen here at OnPoint.

This week’s employee spotlight is on RachelAnne Egan, Member Relationship Officer at OnPoint. She was a teller for six months, then a BSS for one year. RachelAnne moved to Lombard in June of 2023 as a Member Service Representative and was promoted to Member Relationship Officer in April of this year.

Here’s what RachelAnne had to share about her life and time at OnPoint:

Before working at OnPoint, I was a manager at Papa Murphy’s for 3 years and then at Dutch Bros for a little while. I was a teller for 6 months and then BSS for 1 year. I moved to Lombard in June 2023 as a Member Service Representative and was promoted to Member Relationship Officer in April of this year! I have worked with the same manager for almost all of my time here, Mr. Jackie Devereaux. I also have the best counterpart in the business: Chris Golec.

What is something that you can’t live without?

I could not live without my family. We love getting together for ALL holidays, including St. Patty’s, as we are very Irish and love a good corned beef and hash dinner! I also love to play volleyball with my siblings, either for fun or on a team annually.

Have you ever won anything? What was it?

Perfect Attendance award until High School!

What’s your favorite myth, legend or fairy tale?

Neverland and Tinkerbell are real if you believe hard enough.

What was the best concert you’ve ever attended?

Without question, Hannah Montana and the Cheetah Girls when I was 10.

What is the coolest thing you are working on right now?

GROWING A HUMAN!!! <3

Anything else we should know about you?

I love working at OnPoint and I will tell anyone who will listen about how FANTASTIC of a company this is to work for!
