This week’s employee spotlight is on Cyndie Adams, Financial Advisor with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Cyndie’s family lives in East Vancouver. They love being outdoors and enjoy community involvement and exploring the region.

Here’s what Cyndie had to share about her life and time at OnPoint:

What were you doing before joining OnPoint or taking on your current role?

I worked for another financial firm in the area. I have worked in this industry for 21 years. I love assisting families in planning for their future. Having a roadmap for the future takes the worries away when we have to detour for some unknown reason.

Blue! Almost any color blue. I love the blue-green ocean, the bright blue sky, and the navy color of blueberries! Blue goes with everything—it is a happy color.

If you have pets, what kinds and what are their names?

Harley isn’t a year old yet. She is a Sheepadoodle that we got when she was five months old. She is the sweetest pup, but she is NAUGHTY. Just like the ocean, never turn your back on a puppy. There go my favorite shoes!

What is your favorite family tradition?

When I am visiting anyone’s home, I hide a trinket. I have done this for years. I put it somewhere that it blends in, and it’s fun to see if they notice. Some friends still don’t know it’s me, but they will now.

Do you volunteer anywhere?

I am completely honored to support The Pink Lemonade Project. It is a local nonprofit that works with folks going through Breast Cancer. They support all aspects of this process, including support for family and friends.

I am truly honored to give my time and financial support to help folks in our community touched by this illness.
