It’s one way we show our appreciation for their hard work and achievements while helping our community get to know the people who make things happen here at OnPoint.

We’re thrilled to introduce Nick D’Innocenzo, a dedicated Member Service Representative at our Bend Downtown branch. Nick has called Bend, home for the past 18 years and cherishes his life here with his beautiful wife and their two wonderful children. Nick is an artist who loves to paint and make music as a Vinyl DJ. Nick enjoys spending his time painting, having quality time with his family, exploring the great outdoors, or indulging in his love for music and art.

Here’s what Nick had to share about his life and time at OnPoint:

What were you doing before joining OnPoint or taking on your current role?

Before I joined OnPoint in August 2021, I had quite a diverse career path. I spent some time in banking with Wells Fargo, which was a valuable experience. Prior to that, I owned a hand-held device repair company. Each role has added a unique layer to my professional journey, but my current role at OnPoint has been incredibly rewarding.

At OnPoint, I’ve been focused solely on my role as a Member Service Representative. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive and dynamic team. It’s been a fantastic experience. The role allows me to connect with our members and make a real difference in their lives, which is something I truly enjoy.

Please share something about your history with the company, your goals within your new role, and/or some kudos for your team or department:

Joining OnPoint has been a fantastic experience. The company’s culture is truly exceptional, and I’m continually impressed by our strong community focus. It’s wonderful to hear how much people love OnPoint whenever I mention where I work. The team at the Downtown Bend branch is incredible—everyone is deeply committed to our members’ well-being and goes above and beyond every day. Working here feels like a breath of fresh air, and being part of such a supportive and dedicated team is truly refreshing.

Do you have any artistic talents or musical skills?

Yes, I do! I grew up playing Suzuki-style classical piano from a very young age through my teen years, then shifted to playing the drums in several bands. In my late teens and early twenties, I explored being a Vinyl DJ and even started producing my own music. Art is also one of my greatest passions. I love creating contemporary impressionist landscapes with acrylics and spray paint, as it’s a way for me to express and unwind by myself. Both painting and making music are integral to who I am and bring me immense joy.
